Sally Charlesworth, owner of Art and Craft Holidays, teaches a range of arts and crafts from acrylic and textile painting, to mixed media collage, glass painting and upcycled textile jewellery. She has taught adults and children in education and leisure establishments for many years and now combines offering workshops with exhibiting her work and running the Art and Craft Holidays website. She is a regular demonstrator for Johnstons of Elgin and manages the art and craft activities for Craggan Outdoors.

Sally offers a variety of workshops, from one-hour taster sessions to day courses across a variety of media.

Sally’s suggestion:

Why not enjoy a day creating a mixed media masterpiece and then enjoy an evening in the Mash Tun. The next day, you could do a half-day workshop trying your hand at Upcycling and then take a visit to the Glenfiddich Distillery for one of their informative and exciting tours.

Sally can run workshops from her own studio if you are staying in one of her holiday properties or can come to your own venue or one of her other Moray studios.

“A massive thank you from all of us for such a brilliant day.  Linzi had a fantastic time and is so happy to have the wall hanging as a memento of such a great day!!  We really couldn't have done it without you and you ran the workshop amazingly!  I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.”

“I felt pampered with such a variety of material and wonderful lunches.  The gentle encouragement was such that this novice was stunned by her achievements”
